AMQ Solutions is looking for an energetic and collaborative Warehouse Associate.
Warehouse Associate must have strong work ethic and can commit to daily physical duties to join a fast growing and fast pace working environment at our fulfillment center in Santa Clara, CA and Norcross, GA.

Summary:

The position ofWarehouse Associate is responsible for timely and accurate shipping, receiving and physical movement of product – for both in-stock and project orders, in the warehouse. Also, responsible for light packaging and light fabrication under the supervision of the warehouse Manager/Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Incoming Product
    Receive product – incoming containers (both domestic and international)
    Unload and racking product into locations using stand up forklift.
    Assist with receiving consolidated containers and cross-shipment
    Verification against paperwork
  • Outgoing Product
    Verify customer’s paperwork for will-call pickup’s
    Go through picking ticket checklist with driver/customer
    Supervise outgoing LTL shipments and collect tracking information from freight companies
  • In-stock order fulfillment
    Pull product based on picking ticket for in-stock orders
    Cross-checking Order acknowledgment to delivery ticket
    LTL shipments: Product needs to be palletized and packaged
    Weighing LTL packages and provide to operations to schedule LTL pickup’s
    Will-call orders: Pull, verify and stack in the designated area
  • Inventory Cycle counts are required
  • Packaging
    Package work surfaces and chair boxes
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Work closely with warehouse manager for day to day planning and scheduling

Additional assignments will be assigned as needed.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong organization and communication skills; strong attention to detail; knowledge of PC based skills helpful; ability to operate forklift, stand up, sit down, and picker; familiarity with operating non-power equipment (pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks) within the warehouse

Must be flexible to work a weekly rotating schedule from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
