AMQ Solutions Expands Sales Team with Addition of Two New Territory Managers
Grand Rapids, MI, May 29, 2024 – AMQ Solutions is excited to announce the hiring of two new territory managers to oversee the company’s growing dealer salesforce. Connie Ahee will be responsible for Michigan and Eastern Canada, while Rachel Spirer will oversee Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Upstate New York. In these newly created roles, Ahee and Spirer will focus on expanding sales in the small to mid-sized business (SMB) market by supporting AMQ dealers in their territories and building relationships with the local A&D and commercial real estate communities.

Ahee joins AMQ from Kwalu Furniture, where she served as Business Development Manager. Prior to that, she was responsible for new business development, A&D relationship growth, and new employee onboarding at Steelcase and AMQ dealer NBS Interiors in Troy, MI.
“Coming from the dealer side of the industry, I understand the day-to-day challenges faced by dealerships and their customers,” says Ahee. “For this reason, I feel well-equipped to support my new AMQ team. My goal is to provide quality, affordable furniture solutions quickly and make the purchasing process easy and enjoyable.”
Ahee, who has two college-aged children, enjoys playing pickleball and cooking in her spare time.
Spirer most recently served as Project and Sales Manager at Impact Interiors in Kansas City, KS. Before that, she was Showroom Manager at Global Furniture Group in St. Louis.
“My career focus has always been to ensure the best client experience for my SMB customers,” says Spirer. “I’ve developed deep product, design, and project management knowledge, and I’m excited to share this with my new AMQ dealer partners and the A&D community.”
Spirer is married with 2 college-aged children, enjoys visiting National Parks, and is a foodie.
